Sleep Insomnia
Many people suffer from sleeping disorders each year.
There are many types of sleeping disorders, if you are having trouble sleeping at night or don’t feel well rested from your sleep the next morning, you may be suffering from a sleeping disorder.
Sleep insomnia is possibly the most common form of sleeping disorder affecting many people. Insomnia is the inability to fall asleep at night or not getting a full night of restful sleep. Many people have trouble falling asleep at night and don’t get to bed until early in the morning. For some they may go to bed at midnight, wake up two hours later and stay up the rest of the night others just lie there waiting to go to sleep. Insomnia is not defined by the number of hours of sleep a person gets or how long it takes to fall asleep.
Some of the problems experienced during waking hours include tiredness, a lack of energy, difficulty concentrating, and irritability....
I will include other sleep disorders, and subjects relative to sleep as we go....so let me know what your interests are.
